When I was three years old, I wore a baseball uniform for the first time. Since then, the world of sports has been an essential part of me. From basketball to running to triathlons, to Finally Becoming 7x Puerto Rico Mountain Bike national champion, and now ultra marathoner. The commitment to always give the best of me has never changed. Back in summer 2007, I felt another calling and embarked in the journey of becoming a doctor in medicine. Many years later after completing medicine school and a specialty in pediatrics , I joined the United States Air Force as an active duty flight surgeon and ended up training and caring for the special forces and pilot community. Now, as an Air Force veteran, physician, ultra marathoner and working for the U.S Army, I feel my calling has shifted to continue helping others not only as a physician but also as a fitness-performance coach. I want to share my passion for what I do and help you achieve that needed balance between mental and physical health. Remember that "the difference between who you are and who you want to be, is what you do". (Bill Phillips)
